Barrel aging the wines

Our wine grapes ripen in the high altitude sunlight bouncing off Palisade's towering red sandstone cliffs. Cool nighttime mountain breezes enhance the unique flavors of our Colorado wines.

After picking, crushing, fermenting, and aging, we bottle our wines where they continue to intensify in flavors.

DeBeque Canyon's Winery is located in Palisade at 144 Kluge St. Bldg. 3. Winery tours Sat/Sun by appointment.

Bottling Day
